By
its own definition, it is infertility without a known cause. Everything appears
to be normal, but the couple simply isn't getting pregnancy. Some physicians
simply explain this as the chance of time. It is estimated that one-third of
the couples will conceive on their own over the next three years without
medical intervention.
Some
physicians recommend ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination with
multiple ovulation to condense precious time. Other physician's recommend IVF
to determine the ability of fertilization and to condense time.
Only
about 10% of couples can accurately be described as "Unexplained
Infertility". A thorough evaluation must be done with no abnormal findings
before that diagnosis should be made. |
